Background, Stroke can make the big problem caused by the disability and mortality. Purpose/objective, To determine clinical manifestation profile that can be used to make diagnostic stroke models according the clinical manisfestation Methods and material, Setting in Haji General Hospital Surabaya , Jombang General Hospital and dr. Soetoma General Hospital Surabaya.
This analitic descriptive study that using cross sectional design. There were 171 stroke patients that conducted in this study according to inclusion and exclusion criteria Result, We found 59.1 % Ischemic stroke and 40,9 % Haermorhagic stroke patients. Four dominance clinical manifestation (decrease of conciouness,headache,systolic pressure above 180 mmHg, and vomit ) tend to haemorhagic stroke with significant result from chisquare test (p=0,000) Conclussion, Stroke with 4 and 3 dominance clinical manifestations close corelated to haemorrhagic stroke. And none, one and two dominance clinical manifestations close corelated to ischemic strok.
